The Rector Search process is divided into three broad and chronological phases: (1) creation, distribution and compilation of a self-study questionnaire, writing, and printing of the Parish Narrative; (2) development of the position profile for The Episcopal Church's Deployment office; (3) and review of applicants and development of a short list to be presented to the Vestry.

Of these three phases, 1 & 3 will take the longest to complete; approximately 5 months for the self-study/profile segment and up to 12 months for the calling of a new rector. We are presently in the beginning of the first phase. This chart will help you determine where we are in the first phase.
