Reading for Spiritual Growth

Our library has many resources, adding new books from time to time. To challenge your heart and your mind, commit time to browse the library at any time and read its books. Some children’s books can also be found in the narthex at the back of the church and in the Good Shepherd Room downstairs.

Forward Day by Day

While most consider this trusty friend as a daily spiritual or prayer guide, it also has the power to teach us about our life of faith. Printed in three-month installments, copies are available from the church in the tract racks and in the parish office. If the Forward Day by Day booklet is new to you, and you’d like to receive a copy, please use the pledge form to request one. A large print edition is now available as well.

Learn by Teaching

Many teachers have said they have learned more by teaching than by being taught. You have an opportunity to grow in your knowledge and faith by teaching our children, youth or adults. The best teachers are those who enter with wonder, loving questions and joining in the discovery. In other words you do not have to be an expert to be a teacher.
