We Will, with God's Help: Tuesdays from February 20 through March 19, 2024

The Montgomery Episcopal Deanery will be offering a weekly Lenten series on Tuesdays at All Hallows Episcopal Church 262 Bent Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. All are invited to gather for a simple meal, group reflection and prayer, as we prepare for Easter by diving into the Baptismal promises. Gathering in Grief: When the Lenten Journey Gets Personal

Stephanie Gill, parishioner and grief coach, will facilitate a group of comfort and support as participants learn about grief and discuss life after loss, Tuesdays, Feb. 20 to March 19 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the St. Peter's library.  Click HERE to sign up.

Stephanie is a grief coach serving Montgomery County and the surrounding area, as well as the larger virtual community. She's a certified Grief Educator through David Kessler's Grief Educator program, and a certified Life Purpose Coach through Transformation Academy. Widowed in 2019 with 3 minor children in the home, she coaches clients on integrating loss and cultivating hope for finding a path forward in life. While her specialty is those grieving loss of a partner, she has worked with clients coping with all kinds of loss. Grateful Every Day: A 48-day practice of gratitude in everyday life

Open yourself to daily self-guided meditation of gratitude during Lent, from February 14 to March 31. The reflection materials are created and distributed by Janet Strickler, a Colorado based artist and friend of parishioner Rick Pearce.  Materials will include: email prompts every day from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday, with something to be grateful for that day, along with occasional extras like videos or a poems, a 'happy mail' package with a journal and keepsake book of practices, and optional Sunday afternoon meetings on Zoom four times during the 6-1/2 weeks for sharing and listening from others who are participating.  This offering is free and open to all. Taizé Service in the Church - Wednesday March 13 at 7:00 p.m.

This beautiful service of candlelight, Taizé chant, and prayer invites all to enter the simple rhythms of the Lenten season.

Prayer Practices: A Lenten Series with Reverend Mary McCullough

Engage in a spiritually enriching Lenten series exploring profound prayer practices. Rev. Mary McCullough will offer a three-part series on Prayer Practices. The first session will be in person on Sunday, March 3 11:30 AM -12:30 PM. The next session will be via Zoom on Wednesday, March 6 from 7:00PM - 8:30 PM.
